Based in Marylebone, London W1, Western Ridge was established in the early 2000s. Founded and led by Lloyd Simon our property investment and development focus is centred on London and the UK’s major conurbations.
Delivering expertise and enhanced value in the repositioning of assets in the office, retail, land and residential sectors, we only work with best in class consultants in planning, architecture and of course leasing and investment property agents.
We look to buy from single assets through to portfolio purchases, and have enjoyed considerable success with JV partners on a number of transactions since our inception.
